Service Support Center – Call Center
HeadStream’s Client Support Center is the single point of contact and management for all HeadStream’s services and acts as the nucleus of our interaction with clients.
It is the center’s responsibility to ensure that all client queries are logged, addressed and resolved and that our client is constantly aware of the steps that have been taken to fulfil their request.
All calls are logged, tracked, allocated to and managed by skilled and competent HeadStream’s professionals.
